In contrast, a disloyal employee holds back an idea with high regard for their interest and not in agreement with the goals of the company. They may keep an eye on your daily operations in favor of a competitor or from third parties who want to obtain vital information about your company that would lead to more severe threats.

As a private investigator, we test an employee to determine the values they hold and their underlying motives in staying in the organization. We run a series of test that would measure their honesty, integrity, and most of all, their loyalty. On top of that, we act as a devil’s advocate in determining how they feel about the organization’s policies and hear them out on their opinions that may be vital to every corporate leader whether to promote them to a higher position or let them go.
